Hello and welcome! I am a second-year M.S. student in the Quantitative Methods (QUERIES) program at the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign (UIUC), where I work under the supervision of Prof. Yan Xia. I expect to graduate in Summer 2026 and pursue a Ph.D. in Quantitative Methods beginning in Fall 2026.

My research focuses on developing and applying advanced statistical and computational methods to better understand complex behavioral and psychological data. My current research interests include:

  • Factor analysis and dynamic factor analysis for categorical and intensive longitudinal data.
  • Developing and applying statistical learning, machine learning, and deep learning methods to address challenges in behavioral research, particularly in high-dimensional, clustered, and large-scale latent variable settings.
