Hello and welcome! I am a second-year M.S. student in the Quantitative Methods (QUERIES) program at the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign (UIUC), where I work under the supervision of Prof. Yan Xia. I expect to graduate in Summer 2026 and pursue a Ph.D. in Quantitative Methods beginning in Fall 2026.

My research focuses on developing and applying advanced statistical and computational methods to better understand complex behavioral and psychological data. My current research interests include:

  • Factor analysis and dynamic factor analysis for intensive longitudinal and categorical data.
  • Developing and applying statistical, machine learning, and deep learning methodologies to address complex methodological challenges in behavioral research, with emphasis on interaction effects, clustered data structures, high-dimensional and multimodal data.
